Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


At Brumel Swimwear, we offer exchanges for any reason, but we do not offer free returns. Our returns policy covers changes in mind, size, or style in exchange for store credit. Refunds are only offered if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Return Conditions:

You have 10 days from the order date to lodge a return request.
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags intact, and free of odors (including perfumes).
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.


Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items.
Once your return is lodged in our portal, you will receive an email with a payment request for the return label, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Drop it at your local post office.
Store Credit:

Store credit will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse.


Important Note:

Brumel Swimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
All items from our SALE section are final sale and cannot be returned or restocked.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS


If your swimwear arrives faulty or damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies. To resolve this, email us at support@brumelswimwear.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item. Our Customer Support team will prioritize issuing a replacement, or if necessary, a refund.

CANCELLATIONS


Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. By making payment, you agree to commit to your purchase.

REFUNDS


Refunds are only provided if goods arrive in a faulty condition and cannot be rectified.
